build an addition on my home and remodel a portion of the existing home during 2009 - and am very pleased with it.
Jim suggested improvements to the design (prepared by someone else) and gave me a very competitive bid. He responded
promptly to my calls and communicated to me right away when there were delays (mainly due to weather). He
was very flexible and fair when it came to billing for the minor little changes I decided to make. Jim was also
able to help me locate someone to pour the patio when he was done, and a landscaper after that. As
for the quality - well, the other night I was sitting in the addition and thought I heard a noise. Thinking maybe
it came from outside - I opened the curtain, looked outside, and saw that the wind was blowing so hard the trees were bending.
Yet I felt no draft inside and barely heard it. Therefore, it certainly appears the addition is constructed and insulated
well. I would recommend Evraets Construction for any remodeling or construction project.
